CodeVisionAVR is a C
cross-compiler, Integrated Development Environment and Automatic Program
Generator designer for the Atmel AVR family of microcontrollers.
The C cross-compiler implements all
the elements of the ANSI C language, as allowed by the AVR architecture, with
some features added to take advantage of specificity of the AVR architecture
and the embedded system needs.

MEDIUM and LARGE memory models allow full FLASH addressing for chips
like ATmega128, ATmega1280, ATmega2560, etc, the compiler handling the
RAMPZ register totally transparently for the programmer. This feature
is available as Standard in CodeVisionAVR, at no additional costs, not
like in our competitor¡¯s products.

LCD Vision is a companion application
designed for creating, editing fonts and images, and exporting them in form
of C source code or binary data, compatible with the CodeVisionAVR Graphic
Display Library.
Fonts can be created from scratch
or imported from the installed system fonts.
Images can be also created from
scratch or imported from popular graphic formats like: BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG,
ICO, WMF, EMF.
Exported images can be
un-compressed (for fast displaying) or compressed JPEG (for minimal storage
size).
Note: LCD Vision can be used only
with an Advanced CodeVisionAVR license.
