Several Easy Options for Version Notifications and Other Announcements

We’ve heard you and we know you would like an easier way to get notified of version updates and other GlobalSCAPE announcements. We also know each of you have different preferred methods. So we’re making it simple.

For those of you who are running EFT Server Enterprise to handle hundreds or thousands of files per minute, folder monitor with the new folder sweep and  archive feature can be your saving grace. These new additions to the folder monitor feature  are significant to say the least.  How do they help?

Let’s say your company processes thousands of transactions a minute.  Each transaction is a file that gets dropped into a folder.  EFT Server is constantly monitoring that folder, picking up each file and sending that file to the appropriate location. Now what happens if EFT Server loses its connection to the folders it’s monitoring, even just for a few minutes?
