| UltraEdit v20: Maintenance installment now available |  | We are very grateful for those of you who have offered your suggestions and feedback on v20. Thanks to you, we've taken the past month to fine-tune the hugely successful release. The result is a major maintenance installment with performance boosts, fixes, and even a couple of enhancements - culminating in an even better v20!

| UltraEdit v20.10 Road Map, Part 2: Multi-caret and multi-select | | | Have you ever wanted to edit a file in multiple places at once? Ever wished you could make multiple, non-contiguous selections within a file and then modify them simultaneously?
If so, great news: v20.10 is planned to make this possible with the new multi-caret feature!
Multi-caret gives you the ability to update all occurrences of a selected word or phrase as well as update, delete, and add new text in multiple places... all at once.
Want to select and copy lines that may not be right next to each other? No problem! Simply Ctrl + left mouse click on the lines you need, then press Ctrl + C to copy them all to the clipboard at once.
But it doesn't stop there... Stay tuned to hear more about this new feature in the coming months! |
